Processing & Dispatch
All orders are packaged with care and dispatched from our Greymouth studio within 2–5 working days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Because each Bonz n Stonz piece is unique, some parcels vary in weight, size, or insurance value.
If the actual cost of shipping your order is higher than the flat rate — for example due to:

Requests for insurance, signature on delivery, or special packaging
— we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional balance required.

Cancel your order for a full refund before it’s sent.
This ensures fair and transparent costs for both you and us.
Precious or Fragile Goods
For high-value or delicate items, a secure handling surcharge (NZD $10 – $25) may apply to cover specialised packaging, insurance, and signature-required delivery.
You will be advised of this before your parcel is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes charged by their country’s border agencies.
Bonz n Stonz cannot predict or cover these charges.
Risk, Tracking & Insurance
All parcels are sent via a tracked courier or postal service.
Once your parcel is in transit, it is under the care of the carrier.
If you would like your parcel fully insured or sent via an express courier service, please contact us before checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bonznstonzonline@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a claim where possible.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our Greymouth studio by arrangement.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll confirm a suitable collection time.
